About the Bakehouse
I started baking with my grandma as a kid—the kind of baking where the kitchen smells like Sunday and nobody's in a hurry.
Years later, a back injury ended my career. I was hurting and feeling pretty useless, until I found my way back to the kitchen. What started as a way to show up for my family turned into Gluten For Punishment.
Now I bake from my home kitchen in Colorado Springs. Real ingredients. No shortcuts. Because I believe this: good food should feel like something. Comfort and nostalgia, made from scratch, made for everyone.
